Focusing on selling BMS systems maintenance contracts to new clients, this role requires some form of experience in selling a technical service but not necessarily within the BMS industry, other areas that can be considered include, electrical testing, fire service and security service.
Our client integrates a comprehensive bundle of products and services to develop truly customised solutions to their clients\' individual facilities needs. They are currently looking to appoint business development managers responsible for the sale of BMS systems to a range of end users, consultants and contractors over the North and South of England. These are senior sales positions operating strategically above the normal regional sales force.

Due to expansion they currently wish to appoint individuals to strategically develop their BMS service business across the UK. You will be a dynamic and successful sales professional with experience of selling service solutions.
Our client installs and maintains systems keeping buildings and facilities safe, secure, comfortable and cost-efficient. They specialize in the installation and service of critical building systems, including HVAC, BMS, fire, security and energy management. Due to continuous success they are looking to recruit a number of Commissioning Engineers to be responsible for the development and commissioning of integrated solution specifications.
Provide retrofit and upgrade solutions related to the company\'s mechanical, building automation and control offerings that will reduce energy consumption for organisations primarily within the commercial and public sector markets. Conduct customer site audits, perform basic data analysis and calculations, prepare and present results to the customer, prepare proposals using finance packaging where appropriate, negotiate and close the various Energy-Retrofit projects. Develop and manage prospecting campaigns for new client opportunities, initially targeting the existing service customer base but also pursuing new clients. Develop strong client relationships building credibility via knowledge and experience of energy and controls solutions and relating these to customer needs.

Due to continued success they currently require individuals to manage the design, implementation and commissioning of BMS, Fire, Access Control and Security projects across London and South East. Suitable individuals will be experienced and competent Project Managers with relevant knowledge and experience of managing contract values of £1m+.
Part of a team of 4, responsible for selling service and maintenance agreements for fire and security, electrical testing and lighting maintenance and retrofit. 75% dealing with proposals internally within the group, the rest of the time dealing with new client business in the Buildings environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling lighting maintenance agreement and be located in the Northern Home Counties.

This role is responsible for developing solution sales of the company\'s range of BMS, CCTV and Access Control equipment, via specification with end user accounts. Once specified, then deal with the consultants, contractors and panel partners to provide the full project. This position will be responsible for 2 existing accounts, re-enliven dormant accounts and develop new business throughout the West Midlands. A typical client would be an OEM, university or retail account. The ideal candidate will have an in depth understanding of solution selling and come from either a BMS, or HVAC controls background, although the company will consider someone from an Automation ethos.They will need to be technically astute but with a sales orientation, a mix between account manager and new biz.
