The individual will ideally have a roofing background and a strong contact base with the above markets. The geographical area is NE London, North London, Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. You will need to demonstrate good working knowledge of this area as excellent journey planning skills are paramount. (£1.5 Million+ properties) The sales process would vary depending on the stage and process, but experience in selling a solution into Architects working on behalf of very rich end users, dealing direct with the end user and via contractor/developer would be advantageous.
